Log truck set up to your requirements. We manufacture our own proven log bolster designed in house utilising years of expertise in the logging industry. The design continues to evolve to meet the requirements of the logging industry and to take advantage of high productivity regulations. Truck set ups are designed to be able to ‘piggy back’ log trailers whether in 4 or 5 axle configuration. Mills-Tui log truck set ups now come standard with LT safety tensioners along with a range of other great design features to make your rig work harder in the bush.
Our trailers lead the pack when it comes to tare weight
Built on Mills-Tui’s famous Low Rider chassis, our trailers lead the pack when it comes to tare weight. Designed to be strong as well as light, Mills-Tui multi bolster trailers will increase your productivity and maximise your return on investment. 4 axle trailers start from a low tare weight of 4,900kgs and 5 axle trailers from 5,690kgs depending on final specification. Available in either 4 of 5 axle configuration our standard specification includes innovative features such as low maintenance spring loaded extension pins, LT safety tensioners, Knorr-Bremse EBS, Hendrickson INTRAXX axles and Peterson LED lighting.
Specialist high sided bodies and trailers built specifically to cart billet wood. Bodies and trailers can be built as tippers or configured to suit loading by knuckle boom crane. Bodies are made from Raex hard wearing and abrasion-resistant steel to ensure product longevity. Mills-Tui can also build trailers capable of being ‘piggy backed’ inside the body of the prime mover utilising a proven innovative safe loading system. Trailers are built on Mills-Tui’s Low Rider chassis.
Safe with no tipping required, Mills-Tui ejector trailers are proven to reduce your risk as an operator. Specialist high sided trailers unloaded by way of hydraulic ejector. Fitted with a heavy duty telescopic hydraulic ram in the front of the trailer, the ram pushes a wall along the length of the trailer ‘ejecting’ the load from the rear of the trailer. With the body and trailer remaining on the ground, the risk of tipping over is minimised. Bodies are made from Raex hard wearing and abrasion-resistant steel to ensure product longevity. Trailers are built on Mills-Tui’s Low Rider chassis.
Truck and trailer set up for high productivity off road cartage. This is one heavy duty unit and can typically gross at 150 ton as a fully loaded combination. Mills-Tui design can allow for ‘piggy backing’ of one trailer for easier travelling on highway. We can manufacture specifically to suit your prime mover and requirements.
