Heagney Brothers took delivery of a new Mills-Tui log truck setup and 5 axle step deck layover multi bolster trailer recently.
This unit has a few first for us with the truck and trailer using Exte automatics chain tensioners, step deck trailer chassis, lay over truck and trailer hi tensile bolsters using our automatic bolster lock system on the truck and single side locks on the trailer. Trailer is fitted with Hendrickson disc brake axles with wide bush suspension, TIREMAAX, Wabco EBS. To make life easy there is also a spring loaded lifting chain. Trailer tare of 6,380kg which is pretty good give the extra weight of some of the extras fitted. Thanks Heagney’s and Penske for your support on this build.
